behlendo	996faa6869	Correctly implement atomic_cas_ptr() function. Ideally all of these ... atomic operations will be rewritten anyway with the correct arch specific assembly. behlendo	9f4c835a0e	Correctly functioning 64-bit atomic shim layer. It's not ... what I would call effecient but it does have the advantage of being correct which is all I need right now.
