With the merge of spl and zfs the extra level of directories is not needed
anymore.

Proxmox VE packaging for ZFS on Linux

This is based on code from:

https://salsa.debian.org/zfsonlinux-team/zfs
https://salsa.debian.org/zfsonlinux-team/spl

We removed the dkms/modules related code, because we ship the
modules with the kernel.
