Proxmox VE packaging for ZFS on Linux

This is based on code from:

https://github.com/zfsonlinux/pkg-spl.git
https://github.com/zfsonlinux/pkg-zfs.git

We removed the dkms/modules related code, because we ship the
modules with the kernel.
