Accidentally introduced by commit dd00925e8d.
Force-install the zstreamdump link, this is a supported configuration
and the install should not fail if it needs to overwrite an existing
file.
Also cd to work around some funny platforms as noted in AC_PROG_LN_S doc

OpenZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the OpenZFS community. This repository contains the code for running OpenZFS on Linux and FreeBSD.

Supported Kernels
- The
METAfile contains the officially recognized supported Linux kernel versions. - Supported FreeBSD versions are any supported branches and releases starting from 12.2-RELEASE.
