KireinaHoro d9ee0e2621 Remove useless DEFAULT_INCLUDES in AM_CCASFLAGS 
CPPASCOMPILE and LTCPPASCOMPILE all include DEFAULT_INCLUDES,
hence it's unnecessary to add the includes again.
