Break out the range_tree, btree, and highbit64/lowbit64 code from kernel space into shared kernel and userspace code. This is needed for the updated `zpool status -vv` error byte range reporting that will be coming in a future commit. That commit needs the range_tree code in kernel and userspace. OpenZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the OpenZFS community. This repository contains the code for running OpenZFS on Linux and FreeBSD.

Supported Kernels
- The
METAfile contains the officially recognized supported Linux kernel versions. - Supported FreeBSD versions are any supported branches and releases starting from 13.0-RELEASE.
