Antonio Russo cb8a074dcb Explicitly depend on icp module in initramfs hook

Automatic dependency resolution is unreliable on many systems.
Follow suit with existing code, and explicitly include icp
in module dependencies.

ZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the Illumos community.
