Brian Behlendorf c347fac586 Linux 5.11 compat: conftest 
Update the ZFS_LINUX_TEST_PROGRAM macro to always set the module
license.  As of the 5.11 kernel not setting a license has been
converted from a warning to an error.

OpenZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the OpenZFS community. This repository contains the code for running OpenZFS on Linux and FreeBSD.
