Brian Behlendorf 935434ef01 Fix 'arc_c < arc_c_min' panic 
Strictly enforce keeping 'arc_c >= arc_c_min'.  The ASSERTs are
left in place to catch this in a debug build but logic has been
added to gracefully handle in a production build.

Native ZFS for Linux!

ZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the Illumos community.

ZFS on Linux, which is also known as ZoL, is currently feature complete. It includes fully functional and stable SPA, DMU, ZVOL, and ZPL layers.
