Håkan Johansson 6ba1ce9ee9 Accept raidz and mirror with similar redundancy

Allow a pool to be created with both raidz and mirror members,
without giving -f, as long as they have matching redundancy.

ZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the Illumos community.
