When running the zconfig.sh, zpios-sanity.sh, and zfault.sh from the installed packages the 90-zfs.rules can cause failures. These will occur because the test suite assumes it has full control over loading/unloading the module stack. If the stack gets asynchronously loaded by the udev rule the test suite will treat it as a failure. Resolve the issue by disabling the offending rule during the tests and enabling it on exit. Native ZFS for Linux! ZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris. It has been successfully ported to FreeBSD and now there is a functional Linux ZFS kernel port too. The port currently includes a fully functional and stable SPA, DMU, and ZVOL with a ZFS Posix Layer (ZPL) on the way!
$ ./configure
$ make pkg
