DeHackEd 419c80e6dc Reduce stack usage of dsl_dir_tempreserve_impl

Buildbots and zfs-tests regularly see 7 kilobytes of stack
usage with this function. Convert self-calls to iterations

ZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the Illumos community.
