This patch fixes a segmentation fault in zhack metaslab leak which might
be triggered by feeding zhack with a fragmentation profile that's
exported from a pool larger than the target pool.

Supported Kernels
- The
METAfile contains the officially recognized supported Linux kernel versions. - Supported FreeBSD versions are any supported branches and releases starting from 13.0-RELEASE.
