Tim Chase 0a1f8cd999 Set arc_c_min properly in userland builds 
Since it's set to arc_c_max / 2, it must be set after arc_c_max is set.
Also added protection against it falling below 2 * maxblocksize in
userland builds.

Native ZFS for Linux!

ZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the Illumos community.

ZFS on Linux, which is also known as ZoL, is currently feature complete. It includes fully functional and stable SPA, DMU, ZVOL, and ZPL layers.
