Subject: [PATCH] Remove vn_rename and vn_remove
MIME-Version: 1.0

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8

Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
Both vn_rename and vn_remove have been historically problematic
to implement reliably. Rather than fixing them yet again they
are being removed.
