Subject: [PATCH] ratelimit: don't align wait time with slices
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
It is possible for rate limited writes to keep overshooting a slice's
|
|
|
|
quota by a tiny amount causing the slice-aligned waiting period to
|
|
|
|
effectively halve the rate.
|
