remove outdated io_uring patch

The patch is not needed anymore, because the fix is already in
ubuntu-impish (commit d0b69849e40b2c3582f1cd6573f8e0d3a033d078).
Unfortunately, the patch still applied (in the wrong place), making it
hard to notice.
