Tim Chase f6b3b1f5d6 Revert "fix l2arc compression buffers leak" ...

This reverts commit 037763e44e in
preparation for the illumos 5497 "lock contention on arcs_mtx" patch
which includes a fix for this very problem.

ZoL had picked up a subset of the illumos 5497 patch to deal with the
l2arc compression buffer leak.
