наб bc40713a8f libspl: ASSERT*: !! for sizeof ...

sizeof(bitfield.member) is invalid, and this shows up in some FreeBSD
build configurations: work around this by !!ing ‒
this makes the sizeof target the ! result type (_Bool), instead
