Move arcstat_need_free increment from all direct calls to when arc_reclaim_lock is busy and we exit wihout doing anything. Data will be reclaimed in reclaim thread. The previous location meant that we both reclaim the memory in this thread, and also schedule the same amount of memory for reclaim in arc_reclaim, effectively doubling the requested reclaim. ZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally
developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the Illumos community.
ZFS on Linux, which is also known as ZoL, is currently feature complete. It includes fully functional and stable SPA, DMU, ZVOL, and ZPL layers. And it's native!
