Ryan Moeller 8473829d1f initramfs: Make mountpoint=none work ...

In initramfs, mount.zfs fails to mount a dataset with mountpoint=none,
but mount.zfs -o zfsutil works.  Use -o zfsutil when mountpoint=none.
