Richard Yao 8e7ebf4e2d Cleanup: Use C99 flexible array members instead of zero length arrays
The Linux 5.16.14 kernel's coccicheck caught this. The semantic
patch that caught it was:

./scripts/coccinelle/misc/flexible_array.cocci

The Linux kernel's documentation makes a good case for why we should not
use these:

https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/process/deprecated.html#zero-length-and-one-element-arrays

The Solaris Porting Layer, SPL, is a Linux kernel module which provides a compatibility layer used by the OpenZFS project.

Installation

The latest version of the SPL is maintained as part of this repository. Only when building ZFS version 0.7.x or earlier must an external SPL release be used. These releases can be found at:

Release

The SPL is released under a GPLv2 license.
