This patch adds the ability for zfs to support file/dir name up to 1023
bytes. This number is chosen so we can support up to 255 4-byte
characters. This new feature is represented by the new feature flag
feature@longname.
A new dataset property "longname" is also introduced to toggle longname
support for each dataset individually. This property can be disabled,
even if it contains longname files. In such case, new file cannot be
created with longname but existing longname files can still be looked
up.
Note that, to my knowledge native Linux filesystems don't support name
longer than 255 bytes. So there might be programs not able to work with
longname.
Note that NFS server may needs to use exportfs_get_name to reconnect
dentries, and the buffer being passed is limit to NAME_MAX+1 (256). So
NFS may not work when longname is enabled.
Note, FreeBSD vfs layer imposes a limit of 255 name lengh, so even
though we add code to support it here, it won't actually work.

This patch is preparatory work for long name feature. It changes all
users of zap_attribute_t to allocate it from kmem instead of stack. It
also make zap_attribute_t and zap_name_t structure variable length.

There exist a couple of macros that are used to update the blkptr birth
times but they can often be confusing. For example, the
BP_PHYSICAL_BIRTH() macro will provide either the physical birth time
if it is set or else return back the logical birth time. The
complement to this macro is BP_SET_BIRTH() which will set the logical
birth time and set the physical birth time if they are not the same.
Consumers may get confused when they are trying to get the physical
birth time and use the BP_PHYSICAL_BIRTH() macro only to find out that
the logical birth time is what is actually returned.
This change cleans up these macros and makes them symmetrical. The same
functionally is preserved but the name is changed. Instead of calling
BP_PHYSICAL_BIRTH(), consumer can now call BP_GET_BIRTH(). In
additional to cleaning up this naming conventions, two new sets of
macros are introduced -- BP_[SET|GET]_LOGICAL_BIRTH() and
BP_[SET|GET]_PHYSICAL_BIRTH. These new macros allow the consumer to
get and set the specific birth time.
As part of the cleanup, the unused GRID macros have been removed and
that portion of the blkptr are currently unused.

This commit expands on the zhack label repair command in d04b5c9 by
adding the -u option to undetach a device by regenerating uberblocks,
in addition to the existing functionality of fixing checksums, now
represented by -c. Previous behavior is retained in the case of no
options.
The changes are heavily inspired by Jeff Bonwick's labelfix
utility, as archived at:
https://gist.github.com/jjwhitney/baaa63144da89726e482
Additionally, it is now capable of properly determining the size of
block devices and other media, as well as handling sizes which are
not divisible by 2^18. This should make it viable for use on physical
devices and partitions, in addition to files.
These changes should make it possible to import zpools that have had
their uberblocks erased, such as in the case of pools rendered
inaccessible by erroneous detach commands.

In libzutil, for zpool_search_import and zpool_find_config, we use
libpc_handle_t internally, which does not maintain error code and it is
not exposed in the interface. Due to this, the error information is not
propagated to the caller. Instead, an error message is printed on
stderr.
This commit adds lpc_error field in libpc_handle_t and exposes it in
the interface, which can be used by the users of libzutil to get the
appropriate error information and handle it accordingly.
Users of the API can also control if they want to print the error
message on stderr.

Coverity caught these. With the exception of the file descriptor leak in
tests/zfs-tests/cmd/draid.c, they are all memory leaks.
Also, there is a piece of dead code in zfs_get_enclosure_sysfs_path().
We delete it as cleanup.
