Include linux/vmalloc.h for ARM and Sparc

Related to issue #257 which added Linux 3.10 compatibility.  For
ARM and Sparc architectures we must explicitly include the
<linux/vmalloc.h> header to ensure the vmalloc_info structure
is always defined when available.
